Founded in 2025, ProjectBuild Works was established with a clear vision: to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and career pathways they need to build stronger futures. Recognizing the challenges many youth face in accessing mentorship and practical training opportunities, our founders brought together skilled trades training, leadership development, and workforce readiness into one comprehensive program.

Through hands-on training in skilled trades such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and welding, ProjectBuild Works provides more than technical instruction.
